If something goes wrong
Real answers, before you need them
I sent the wrong amount
The order is not marked as paid and we get an alert. Write to us with your order number and we sort it out. Any overpayment is refunded by the same method.
My payment link expired
Payment links last 24 hours. After that the order is closed and nothing is charged. You can place a new one in about two minutes.
My app isn't offered
Revolut, Wise and PayPal depend on availability at that moment. Bitcoin is always available, at the same price.
I paid twice
Our system detects it and flags it. The extra payment is refunded by the same method.
I want a refund
Before your sample arrives you can ask for the analysis fee back (network fees are not recoverable). The full policy is in our FAQ.
