Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function correctly and, where used, help us understand how visitors interact with it.

Convalence Labs uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. Specifically:

• Session cookie: keeps an administrator securely logged in to the internal panel. Set only when a staff member logs in; never set for regular visitors.
• Security check cookie: our public forms (report verification, contact, analysis requests) use Cloudflare Turnstile to screen out automated bot traffic. Turnstile may set its own short-lived cookie as part of this security check.
• Region cookie (is-eu): records only whether your visit comes from an EU country, based on Cloudflare's country detection, so we can show the right shipping notice. It contains "true" or "false", nothing else, and is deleted when you close your browser.

We also keep three small preferences in your browser's local storage: your language, and whether you have already seen the entry notice and the email-security notice. They never leave your device.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or analytics cookies of any kind. Nothing about your visit is sold to or shared with advertising or analytics partners. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site, such as the administration panel or the verification forms, from working correctly.
