We do not manufacture, formulate, sell, or supply any of the substances we test. We hold no financial interest in the outcome of any analysis.

We maintain no conflicts of interest, and do not offer rush, expedited, or preferential testing services. Every analysis follows the same process, regardless of order size or urgency.

2.1. Each certificate of analysis describes only the specific sample we received and tested, on the date and with the method stated on the report.

2.2. Results do not apply to other units, batches, or products that were not analysed.

2.3. By submitting a sample and placing an order, you accept these Terms.

3.1. You are responsible for how the sample is obtained, stored, and sent to us.

3.2. Samples may be submitted blind (without a declared substance). If a substance is declared, we use that information to select methods and reference standards. The analysis remains independent either way.

3.3. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to you in your own jurisdiction.

4.1. Our reports are technical documents. They are not medical advice, a recommendation to use any substance, or a statement about the legal status of any substance.

4.2. Each report refers only to the sample that was analysed.

5.1. Anyone with a valid report number and verification key can confirm authenticity at convalencelabs.com/verify.

5.2. Once issued, the report is yours to use and share as you wish. We are not responsible for how others interpret or present it.

5.3. Abuse of the verification system may result in blocked access.

6.1. Fees are those shown when you place the order, for the tests and optional services selected.

6.2. Unless otherwise agreed, analysis starts after payment is confirmed.

6.3. We do not accept tips, gratuities, or payments above the agreed amount. Any overpayment will be refunded via the same payment method.

7.1. Our total liability related to any analysis or report is limited to the fee paid for that specific service.

7.2. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our reports or this website.

The design, text, branding, and software of this website belong to Convalence Labs or its licensors.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.1. Use this website in a reasonable way that does not harm its security or availability.

10.2. We may restrict access in case of abuse or for maintenance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be handled by the courts of Spain.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top will change when we do. New orders after an update follow the revised Terms.
