Quick answers
Which wallet can I use?
Any Bitcoin wallet, or an exchange app that can send bitcoin. Scan the QR code, or tap Pay in wallet if the wallet is on the same phone.
Do I have to send the exact amount?
Yes: send exactly the BTC amount shown on the payment page. If the amount doesn't match, the order is not marked as paid and we get an alert; write to us with your order number and we sort it out.
Can I close the page after paying?
Yes. We email you as soon as the payment is confirmed, with your receipt and the shipping address.
How long do I have to pay?
The payment link in your order email is valid for 24 hours. After that the order closes on its own and nothing is charged; you can simply order again.
