We search specifically for the peptide you declare (for example, Retatrutide) by reverse-phase HPLC. Identity is confirmed when the main peak matches the retention time of a certified reference standard of the same peptide, run under the same conditions. Purity is the area % of the main peak; the content in mg is calculated against the reference standard of known concentration. Add mass confirmation (HPLC-MS) to also confirm the identity by molecular mass. Not sure of the exact peptide, or want to check for other substances beyond the one declared?
